WONDERFUL LOCATION!! Welcome to our Cozy and quiet duplex. It's minutes from local eateries, C&O Canal & GAP Trail! Explore local attractions or take day trips to Luray Caverns(VA), Smithsonian Museums(DC), or the world's largest Bicycle Museum(PA) all within 2 hours. Discover the beauty of Cumberland from this 2-bedroom house. This enjoyable property offers tremendous comfort and the amenities for all sorts of guests. Please enjoy all the outdoor offerings of the area. On a bike tour of the GAP trail? This is the perfect pit stop as you are welcome to bring your bikes. The 1st floor unit and exterior hallway can accommodate this. While we hope you enjoy being out and about, please make yourself at home by enjoying all your creature comforts of home. We provide foldable twin size beds with very comfy mattresses that can be placed in the living rooms. The love seats in Unit A can be arranged to sleep young ones. The sofa in Unit B can sleep another adult guest. Clean sheets will be provided. Also, you can enjoy your favorite game of Pac-Man or Galaga in Unit B. We don't use artficial fragrances so those with chemicals sensitives are welcome.
Other Details to Note
Please show kind consideration during your stay to the neighbors. There are 2 parking spaces in Hambright's Alley next to the building for each apartment that can accommodate a mid size Car, SUV, or minivan. If you have a larger vehicle however, there is ample street parking as well. Regarding pets: We have a $50 pet fee per pet for pets up to 25lbs. This helps us do the extra work needed to provide a totally clean environment after each guest. Please let us know if you are bringing any furbabies and if it's large than 25lbs. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to complete the verification process thru our partners at Superhog. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

We have two great hiking & biking trails that meet in Downtown Cumberland; the Great Allegheny Passage and the C&O Canal Towpath. Hikers and bikers can travel from Georgetown, Washington, DC, to the world's largest Bicycle Museum in Pittsburgh, PA, or anywhere in between. Please make time to explore the local attractions and delectable eateries.
